NOTE: A note from the Solidarity Committee after the ballots were received by the US Postal Service at 3:30 pm. The postal clerk counted out each of the 412 envelopes. Each envelope contained a mail-in ballot. All 412 ballots had been videotaped by the committee and placed in the envelope. 410 were no votes and two were yes votes. The GM bargaining unit is comprised of fewer than 700 members.
