XPDNC Dues V2.0 Price The cost of XPDNC Dues is $1,250 Canadian in all cases, regardless of how it is used. The software comes with a 400 page manual. You can buy the software and manual without any support option. Only the support and service cost differs depending on how XPDNC Dues is used. The Annual Support Contract includes 30 days of email support and free software upgrades for one year. XPDNC Dues can be used by you at your location without any further involvment from us. That way you process your own dues and generate any of the XPDNC Dues reports on your own. Or you can take advantage of our dues processing and report generation service.

Dues Processing Services Dues Processing Services are performed at our location. To begin dues processing, detailed information about the members, bargaining units, and the collective agreements is supplied by you. We enter this data into the application. We then send the data, on floppy disks back to you for confirmation. Subsequently, between each reporting period, usually monthly, you mail or FAX us the dues information you have received from the members and employers. You have full use of the current data at your location at all times. We enter the new data into the dues system at our location shortly after we get it. Since we retain a copy of the current data at our location, data changes made by you are never retained. We then send the updated data on floppy disks back to you at the end of the reporting period. A simple to use XPDNC Dues option loads these updates from the floppy disks to your hard drive. The earlier dues data is overwritten. You can then access the updated data using the XPDNC Dues application.

Report Generation Service XPDNC Dues generates reports in ASCII format. The reports can be printed out to your printer or stored and then read by most of the popular word processors. XPDNC Dues provides many different reports that can be generated by you while using the program. Some of these reports have been found so useful that they are produced routinely. Three levels of report generation are provided. These reports are generated at our location and returned to you with the dues data for the reporting period. We can generate the reports on paper and ship them to you for a fee dependant upon the volume. Similarly, other reports could be marked as routine jobs and generated by us for an additional fee.
